Job Description


  • Acting as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, product claims.
  • Actively liaise with customer & sales team to provide Logistics and Order support.
  • Input, verify and confirm customer orders through sales order creation.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer's deliveries are met.
  • Collaborates with cross functional departments to achieve balanced supply and demand.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Order Management including order entry, follow up customer's payments and Letter of Credit, broker's commission and shipment arrangements.
  • Aggressively and pro-actively monitor open orders, identify potential issues and take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPIs.
  • Maintain a good relationship with assigned customers. Grow existing customers by ensuring excellence in service and on-time responses.
  • Maintain accurate data and up-to-date order status in system.
  • Handle customer's complaint and follow up closely with Quality Assurance for investigation result.
  • Prepare and submit L/C documents on time and monitor the transaction until payment receipt.
  • Assist and support CS Manager in updating open order report and hosting CS meeting when required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
