Acting as customer's first point of contact in case of commercial, logistics, product claims.
Actively liaise with customer & sales team to provide Logistics and Order support.
Input, verify and confirm customer orders through sales order creation.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer's deliveries are met.
Collaborates with cross functional departments to achieve balanced supply and demand.
Responsible for full spectrum of Order Management including order entry, follow up customer's payments and Letter of Credit, broker's commission and shipment arrangements.
Aggressively and pro-actively monitor open orders, identify potential issues and take necessary actions that ensure delivery performance and KPIs.
Maintain a good relationship with assigned customers. Grow existing customers by ensuring excellence in service and on-time responses.
Maintain accurate data and up-to-date order status in system.
Handle customer's complaint and follow up closely with Quality Assurance for investigation result.
Prepare and submit L/C documents on time and monitor the transaction until payment receipt.
Assist and support CS Manager in updating open order report and hosting CS meeting when required.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
