Job Description

The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a well-established Swiss aerospace equipment manufacturer and we are seeking to hire a Customer Service Executive to join their business. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful incumbent will attend to customer inquiries, support order processing and track deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.

• Work location: Clementi (transport provided from Clementi MRT to office)
• Work hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
• Basic salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonuses

The Job:

• Receive and process customer orders for spare parts and repair units, while managing the turnaround response time
• Monitor and follow up on sales and purchase order activities
• Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements
• Manage modified parts repairs and warranty claims
• Generate reports and perform various administrative tasks
• Be the main point of contact to liaise with other departments (Workshop, Logistics, QA) regarding customer orders
• Assist in clearing off un-invoiced activities
• On a rotational basis across the customer service team, be available for emergency calls and urgent requests (like Aircraft on Ground situations)

The Talent:

• Diploma in any relevant discipline
• Well-versed in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and SAP system
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and customers
• Must be comfortable to take on the standby calls (on a rotation basis across the entire team, not frequent occurrence *additional standby allowance will be given if you are rostered for this)
