Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for their Trade Finance Operations hub in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to customer enquiries received via phone and emails
  • Understand firms' digital solution to address and support client requests
  • Process the SWIFT enquiries from issuing bank/presenting bank etc.
  • Act as correspondent team to investigate and follow-up for the incomplete or irregular transactions
  • Handle the enquiries from processing team and LOB partners
  • Case registration and follow up for pending items in Service View.
  • Log customer complaint in the system.
  • Record errors made by processing team and generate reports for manager review
  • Liaise and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facilitation of transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and needs are consistently met such as strict adherence on internal turnaround times, quality etc.
  • Accountable for upholding company vision and values statement
  • Identify and raise risk, control etc. issues in a responsible and timely manner
  • Take ownership and act with a sense of urgency in executing urgent deals
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Head
REQUIREMENTS:
  • College degree or above with a minimum of 2 years banking experience, preferably in Trade finance with export, import processing background etc.
  • Pleasant personality and proactive customer service skills oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Exposure in computerized banking facilities
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Competency in other Asian language or Chinese is an advantage
  • Good team player, willing to learn and can do attitude
  • Time management and prioritization to maximize productivity in efficient manner
  • Able to work on APAC country public holidays if falls on Mondays to Fridays
