Roles & Responsibilities At Madam Partum by Chien Chi Tow, we strive to provide the best customer experience to our customers.We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist who can work towards the company goals. The ideal candidate needs to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that the company services and products are promoted effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Adept to and acquire a strong working knowledge of the offered products, services and processes.
• Identify customers’ needs and maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Build positive brand loyalty.
• Attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the team.
• Take ownership of growing an assigned centre, while adhering to and manage the sales target.
• Analyse sales statistics and compile accurate reports to the Main Office.

• This job is not opened to Foreign candidates as the company has no work pass quota
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Able to write and speak in Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Goal-driven individual with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drives the growth of the centre.
• Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service
• Able to work on Saturday Or Sunday (10am to 6pm): 4 weekdays work + 1 weekend work
