Join a growing, fast-paced, and high-performance Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate for position will be a proactive and self-motivated professional who will work with other team members to ensure privileged access to key information resources residing on the various platforms, databases, or applications are managed appropriately and securely. The successful candidate will aid in the continuous improvement of privileged access management practices through leveraging data points to help us assess the landscape, measure progress, and make the best-informed security and business decisions.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Support Metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for IAM/PAM domain. The individual will handle the end-to-end data analysis process starting with raw data extraction of varying formats from multiple data sources, synthesizing the datasets, and transforming the datasets into meaningful metrics and KPIs.

\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.

\xc2\xb7 Uncovering insights on interpreting the metrics and KPIs that projects privileged access risks to lead to better informed and successful decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.

\xc2\xb7 Diligently document data analysis procedures and keep the procedures up to date.

\xc2\xb7 Find automation opportunity for repeated metrics and KPIs to make the data analysis process more scalable and efficient.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility to work after hours and weekends to accommodate projects or activities timelines.

\xc2\xb7 Have a global mindset and collaborate effectively within and across different teams.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, ETL.
• Practical experience in statistical analysis using statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and SAS
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• CISSP, CISA, CISM and other comparative information security certifications are preferred.
• System administration (UNIX, Windows or Mainframe/Tandem) knowledge
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and have an attention to details.
• Good working knowledge of Identity Access Management lifecycle and processes, incl. role-based access controls.
• Understanding of information security principles and IT infrastructure including operating systems, applications, communications, and network protocols.
• Ability to work effectively with other functional areas and understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to achieving superior results.
• Must be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on very tight deadlines.
• Must be a self-motivated and results oriented individual with an attention to driving aggressive project timelines and schedules.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others to achieve a high level of success.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to develop, maintain and foster constructive relationships with others.
• Dynamic, hard-working, and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
