Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
data warehousing solutions
Build and optimize
ETL / ELT pipelines using PySpark
Handle large-scale data processing and performance tuning
Work closely with clients to
gather and understand business requirements
Translate business needs into
technical data solutions
Conduct
onsite discussions, workshops, and requirement analysis
with customers
Ensure data quality, data governance, and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, BI, Cloud, DevOps)
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Technical Skills Required
Strong experience in
Data Warehousing concepts
Hands-on expertise in
PySpark
Experience with
ETL pipelines and data transformations
Knowledge of SQL and performance optimization
Experience with
Cloud Data Platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP - any)
Familiarity with tools like Airflow, Databricks, or similar is a plus
Customer & Soft Skills
Strong
client-facing experience
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language
Experience working in
onsite / customer-facing roles
Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude
