Summary Within the ASPAC Customer Service domain, he/she will be responsible and accountable for directing the deployment of the company\xe2\x80\x99s clinical IT service solutions at client sites. Working along with Local Clinical Sales and Service delivery teams, and partners to optimize solutions and designs, validate operational workflows, and ensure end-user acceptance.
Responsibilities o Oversee and supervise the implementation of clinical IT systems from start to finish, ensuring the local field support/ implementation team perform a proper hand-over upon completion of projects for continuous post support of the customer on time and within budget. o Integrate, monitor, and optimize bioM\xc3\xa9rieux\'s middleware solutions, instruments, software, and database connections with Laboratory Information Systems to ensure data is transmitted and processed efficiently and accurately. o Lead incident resolution with strategic direction, expertise in troubleshooting bridges, and a wide awareness of network and client technologies to achieve successful event resolution. o Conduct risk assessments and support cybersecurity incident management during cybersecurity incidents affecting medical device technology and operational technology. o Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, control and optimizing data technology service delivery. Main Accountabilities:
  • Work with stakeholders on risk mitigation and provide cybersecurity risk advisory on the system integration of medical device and operational technology integration to information communication technology (ICT) systems and networks.
  • Serve as a data IT solution specialist to provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients and internal teams during the Hypercare phase.
  • Provide support and training to clinical field and service team on the use and proper implementation of clinical information systems. Will be part of the Qualified Trainer pool in ASPAC for regular scheduled training.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and other IT professionals to optimize clinical workflows and data management processes.
Studies-Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Security, Data/Business Analytics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in Data and IT Network Security, preferably in an enterprise-level environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security tools (e.g., Data loss protection, SIEM, etc.), IT security governance framework, security technology, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of Linux is desirable.
  • Experience in laboratory workflow, analyzer connections, LIS, or IVD be given additional consideration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Pre-sales activities will be an advantage.

Requirements
  • Strong background in network and security infrastructure technologies and concepts, including network communications principles and standards, firewall, databases, middleware, interfaces, applications, intrusion detection, prevention systems, VPNs and network security practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of core network services (DNS, SMTP, NTP, syslog, HTTP).
  • Organized and driven with experience in engaging Senior IT Security Management, Client Security Architects, Client Security Operations personnel, and Security technology suppliers.
  • Operational experience being able to troubleshoot complex network security and routing issues in a large multi-vendor environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are a plus.

Business acumen and agility
  • Ability to manage client escalations and negotiate resolution.
  • Proven ability to manage and set client expectations.
  • Independent as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with the external security threat landscape and industry best practices to initiate and recommend timely adjustments to the End-User Client security operations controls, processes, and procedures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive features to delivery.
  • Ability to analyze, recommend, and challenge proposals to create the most effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills ability to understand the needs of non-technical internal and external clients. Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of bioM\xc3\xa9rieux\'s middleware solutions, instruments, software will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
