The candidate will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes and drive delivery of systems that are at forefront of transformation.Main responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Act as a primary point of contact between multiple development teams and senior stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Track and communicate project progress, risks, issues regularly and facilitate project and program committees\xc2\xb7 Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives and ensure that team adheres to agile principles and values\xc2\xb7 Work closely with product owners to manage and prioritize product backlog and ensure that teams understands goals and ensure cross-team collaboration when needed.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the quality of team deliverables by fostering continuous improvement mindset\xc2\xb7 Mentor and coach team members fostering professional growth and development\xc2\xb7 Ensure that teams are well balanced in terms of skills and experience by managing recruitments, performance reviews and career development plans.\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate risks that impact project delivery and develop contingency plans.\xc2\xb7 Implement changes to enhance productivity across organizationContribute to the strategic planning and direction of the IT transformation programSupplementary InformationQualifications and ProfileThis position requires around 15+ years of experience in delivery management of large scale projects focused on digital transformations.Technical\xc2\xb7 Full understanding of project management standards and terminologies.
