Role - Technical Consultant


Roles & Responsibilities:


o Responsible for the Project leading for Pharma or Biopharma clients for Emerson DeltaV DCS system. o Expert in S88 standard based design, development and commissioning of Pharmaceuticals DCS systems. o Will drive the client requirements to Functional Specifications and Design for automation. o Work with various teams to design system architecture, Philosophy and standards for Design Specifications, Control Strategies, and library elements. o Based on client requirements supporting manufacturing operations for day today support for DCS system. o Support on NC and CAPA and identification of root causes o Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations. o Design and Deployment of OT networks and qualification. o Set System administration and maintenance support process and work with team to deliver. o Able to work with Process, Operations, Technology Development and Quality team for driving and delivering automation project o Mentoring team and providing guidance for Technical and project support





Requirements:


o Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry. o Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site. o Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc) o Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process o Expert in of automation hardware and networking technologies o Emerson DeltaV DCS Batch experience required o Expert with SDLC and quality management processes in the pharma o Ability to work well in a team environment. o Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation projects and manufacturing support. o Experience with team leading or as project lead. o Have understanding of Project Management Process.
