Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of our various clinics including rostering located in the West
• Ensure clinics are adequately staffed to meet operations needs
• Ensure that all relevant claims are submitted on time eg. CHAS, Medisave, Insurance tracking, monthly returns
• Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory tracking
• Manage a team of dental consultants and clinic staff
• Attend to customers feedback and ensure quick service recovery
• Ensure delivery of quality services to patients
• Resolve conflicts and complaints in a timely manner
• Instrument documentation control and updating of operational SOPs
• Brainstorm, participate in launching new products/campaigns/packages/marketing events
• Improve internal and quality process for better productivity
• Ensure clinic service standards are uniform
• Monitor the financial health of our clinics/operations i.e manpower costs, inventory management, sales forecast
• Ensure clinics are adequately staffed and conduct pulse check on their performance
• Participate in performance management of clinic staff
• Ensure that clinics are maintained in accordance with MOH standards
• Maintain, renew, follow up on clinic renewal matters example NEA, MOH, SDC for doctors’ licencing
• Support monthly and year end closing activities such as monthly stock take
• Spearhead audit checks when needed and support internal and external audit queries when required
• Any other duties as and when assigned
  

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Science or other equivalent

certification

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years in a supervisory position
• Proven track record in guiding, leading, supervising and training staff
• Strong interpersonal skills and a problem solver
• Ability to work under pressure, meticulous, positive attitude and independently
• Good team player
