Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: NorthResponsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
- Oversee the work of junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior designers, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in interior design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
