Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be able to work independently or with a team on Architecture and ID projects
- Create conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings
- Create and oversee general design development and project direction
- Preparation of specifications and tender documentation
- Plan and supervise authority submission requirements and procedure for projects
- Coordinate with technical consultants
- Oversee project contract execution and on-site supervision
- A recognized Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material, and cost management.
- Proven knowledge in carpentry construction & technical detail drawings.
- Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill.
- Good team player
- Conversant with local codes and regulations
- Autodesk, 3D modelling and rendering, and preferably BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of REVIT architecture
- Must have contract administration experience and able to Coordinate
