Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To liaise with client’s representatives, consultants and local authorities.
- To coordinate design development and prepare drawing fit for construction, authority submission and tender.
- To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
- To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances.
- Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
- Able to think strategically and good leadership skills.
- Recognised Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Conversant in AutoCAD, 3D, BIM, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop
- Familiar with execution of Singapore project
- Excellent presentation skills
- Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment
- Familiar with building by-laws and authorities.
