Organise and design content for multiple channel teams, ensure all work complies with relevant brand guidelines
Design and create marketing electronic direct mail (EDM), wireframes, and microsite mock-up
Develop/modify email templates and existing campaigns
Apply HTML/CSS and best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email marketing or microsite
Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues
Create and adapt design (e.g. banners/key visuals including animated gif) across the required media, including electronic direct mail (EDM), push notification banners, social media posts etc
Ensure design consistency in content and compatible designs across all brand platforms & devices - mobile, tablet, and different screen sizes
Proactively work with teammates to improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency
Collaborate with creative teams for cohesive deliverables
Review final deliverables and suggesting improvements when necessary
Work closely with CRM Campaign Manager and publishing teams to meet scheduled and ensure accurate and efficient file handoffs

Qualification/Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder in Digital Media / IT or equivalent
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a designer in a digital/ interactive/ online/ e-commerce focused organization
Relevant email development work experience
Strong Knowledge and experience using Adobe Illustrator, XD and Photoshop
Strong knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS
Proficient in responsive email design and front-end development
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines
Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
Strong design conceptualization and visual communication ability
Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
