Job Description
- Work directly with Creative Lead in the development of seasonal style guides and product toolkits across categories for region.
- Develop style guide based on the trends of evolving consumer mind-set within the SEA region.
- Responsible as brand guardian and ensuring all licensees and agents adhere to Sanrio\xe2\x80\x99s brand standard and guidelines.
- Work closely with business and marketing teams to understand the creative requirements of licensees.
- Review the production and launch plan with business and marketing team and monitor the creative process to ensure events / products are launched as per schedule.
- Select and prepare style guides for licensees and share the guidelines of each brand.
- Provide brand training to partners.
- Examine creative designs from licensees and responsible concept approvals.
- Provide approval for marketing collaterals.
- Examine sample submissions from licensees to ensure that final products are of good quality.
- Monitor and track pending creative submissions in the system to ensure they are approved within the assigned lead time.
- Tracking and following up with licensees on pending submissions.
- Diploma or Degree in Toy Design / Event Design / Interior Design or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in licensing industry / event industry.
- Proficient in Adobe\xe2\x80\x99s Creative Suite \xe2\x80\x93 including Illustrator and Photoshop; basic knowledge of 3D max OR Unity.
