Job Description

  • Position : Senior Design/Product/Engineer
  • Location : Jurong East
  • Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 8.00am to 5.45pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8200 +AWS + 14 days AL
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Semiconductor - Silicon photonics
Main Responsibilities:
  • Silicon photonics design to enhance PDK elements for Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
  • Process design kit (PDK) development with Electronics Photonics Design Automation (EPDA) vendors
  • Technical lead designer and product engineering to support silicon photonics foundry provider
  • operation.
  • Electronics-photonics integrated circuits design (EPIC) for optical interconnects or transceiver solutions
  • Light source integration for on-wafer Si photonics technology.
  • 400G/800G Si photonics technology offering.
  • On-wafer product yield screening for Known-Good-Die (KGD) solution.
  • Technology roadmap
Requirements:
  • PhD/Masters/Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience in S photonics design & product engineering. Si CMOS foundry experience is added advantage.
  • Commercial Si photonics product design or product engineering experience is required.
