What the role is:You are responsible for shaping and advancing Singapore\'s defence technological interests with partner countries.What you will be working on:On this, you develop strategies to advance collaboration with partner countries in technological programmes, and perform horizon scanning on emerging trends and technologies. You also manage and execute in-country and overseas bilateral visits, meetings, and conferences. Your challenges lie in staying abreast of geopolitical, security, and technological developments, and advising MINDEF leadership on implications and opportunities for defence technology collaboration.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Science, Engineering, Political Science, International Relations, History, or any related field, with at least 6 years\' work experience. Experience in policy planning, defence acquisition and technology scanning would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
