About the opportunity This role is part of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) team that is critical to The Hour Glass organizational transformation towards technological and digital leadership within the specialty watch retail sector. You will be responsible for championing digital transformation for The Hour Glass Group, with focus on CRM initiatives, process improvements and product development.   • Assist the team to champion digital transformation and CRM initiatives in the organisation
  • Design, build and manage lead generation campaigns and CRM programs
  • Understand customer lifecycle to optimise engagement and retention
  • Conduct frequent data cleansing and proactively look for innovative ways to maintain the data integrity
  • Collaborate with different teams to advocate digital literacy and the importance of data in day-to-day tasks and reporting
  • Provide operational and administrative support for maintenance of digital products including the reporting and tracking of issues / bugs
  • Ensure compliance with law e.g. copyright and data protection
  • Responsible for training and support to teams where necessary
The ideal candidate we are seeking Professional experience
  • 5 years’ experience in CRM Marketing or digital marketing with proven experience with SugarCRM, Salesforces or Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM marketing, lead generation and marketing automation in a medium to large scale CRM implementation project that includes SOW, development, and deployment
  • Working experience with digital marketing tools/ platforms including but not limited to Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics etc. E-Commerce implementation will be a plus
Knowledge skills and abilities
  • Passion for user experience and latest digital/ technology trends
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organize and prioritize tasks and work under tight timelines
  • Able to adapt well to changes and committed to learning new skills
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with internal and external parties
  • Digital marketing and analytics knowledge are essential
