Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital product initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee digital strategy, including UX/UI enhancements, product roadmaps, and technology adoption.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and marketing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and budget adherence.
Contribute to company management decisions and business growth strategies.
Monitor and analyse product performance, recommending improvements.
Qualifications
Proven track record in digital product management and company operations in ASEAN, and or China
Minimum 5 year in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with stakeholders in China.
