Job Description


Motorway Group is looking for a Snr. Digital Marketer to join our team. The Snr. Digital Marketer will identify, plan, and execute 360 digital integrated marketing campaigns, including corporate launches, events, and digital marketing strategies to enhance our company\xe2\x80\x99s brand awareness, position, and business growth. The candidate should have a deep knowledge of performance marketing, and customer relationship management strategies to be able to translate Motorway\xe2\x80\x99s diverse business objectives into an effective digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and enhance the Company\xe2\x80\x99s integrated marketing calendar to align with company objectives (branding/conversions) across a broad range of traditional / digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display, OOH, Print).
  • Take ownership and provide input on the utilisation and development of the CRM.
  • Work together with the HODs to maximise profitability, expenditure, and return on investment (ROI) of the marketing activities based on branding / conversion objectives.
  • Familiar with the utilisation of customer relationship management (CRM), and performance marketing strategies for new and existing customer segments.
  • Test omni-channel marketing strategies to ensure the best outcome for the business. (e.g. geo-fencing, hypertargeting, lookalikes, etc.)
  • Establish good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by maintaining strong lines of communication.
  • Analyse campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations. (e.g. A/B Testing, Consumer flow, etc.)
  • Monitor automotive market trends and identify new digital content / marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Agency experience preferred with relevant and up to date digital certification required. (e.g. Google Analytics 360, Meta Blueprint Certified, Google Guru)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics, Google Looker / Data Studio.
  • Deep knowledge of paid-search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Well organise with good time manageement skills.
