Job Summary:
The role is mainly responsible for being a key partner in our inbound marketing efforts across content marketing, email nurturing, social marketing, search marketing , and more. This role possesses both hands-on campaign execution and tools knowledge around inbound marketing, paid and organic search and social marketing, and the analytical skills to optimize campaigns based on testing and ongoing results. Having an entrepreneurial approach and can both independently and collaboratively conceptualize campaign improvements is a must.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target your campaign personas to optimize their customer journeys and deliver the right message at the right time using inbound marketing methods.
Support SEO keyword and competitor research, social marketing and listening, paid search and remarketing using essential tools.
Partner with your team to devise and develop stand-out differentiate d inbound digital media campaigns that support prioritized industry and solution-based demand generation objectives
Plan and coordinate digital media programs and communications across the organization, providing support for other departments in ensuring content is localized and relevant.
Establish detailed A/B testing processes to test content to improve performance.
Deliver digital marketing components of strategic account activation campaigns, collaborating across Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and other teams that drive growth, retention, and renewals
Create regular reports containing a robust description of monthly activity, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
Work with the content team to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, webinars, infographics , etc.).
Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in creating multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns and events to drive customer acquisition.
Identify key target market segments and determine how each group uses digital channels and mediums, then use this knowledge to ensure that all channels deliver actionable content that generates interest and can be measured.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team to build programs that support sales enablement.
Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and convert customers.
Develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry and marketing goals and objectives of the industry.
Support all inbound marketing lead management functions including lead communication and engagement ( phone and website ), conveyance of service capabilities and value proposition, and determination of next steps within the business development process.
Develop and execute nurturing for prospects as a means of maintaining engagement, relationship building, and moving them through the various lead life cycle stages.
Provide support to the business development team by executing various prospecting and lead/customer nurturing campaigns, as well as providing transactional support as needed on individual lead opportunities.
Develop and analyze social content performance, paid social performance, and social listening trends and compile key metric reports as needed.
Maintain ongoing drip campaigns by creating campaigns, reporting metrics, documenting changes, and updating content on a regular basis.
Design AB test experiments and continually optimize programs for higher conversion rates
Optimize and maintain chatbots for increased lead-generating activities to align with the marketing team goals.
Execute monthly internal email marketing campaigns for current customers.
Maintain sales content and collateral portal to ensure updated and relevant information is readily available to various sales teams and executives.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
The right person has 3+ years of successful experience across B2B digital and inbound marketing
Experience with UTMs, lead scoring and funnel optimization
A knack for writing or collaborating on engaging copy. Subject lines are your jam.
Previous experience with SEO software and research tools, ideally SEMRush, BuzzSumo, AHREFs
Previous experience with PPC software and research tools, ideally Google Ads 360
Previous experience with social media management tools, ideally LinkedIn Campaign manager, Facebook ads or similar tools
Experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok , and beyond
Google Ads and Google Analytics certification preferred
Proven record of owning campaign outcomes and optimizing for engagement and conversion metrics. Comfortable owning inquiry targets for your campaign channels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work optimally across internal and external organizations.
Possess outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
Strong analytical skills and can effectively analyze marketing data
Takes ownership of multiple initiatives with a strong sense of accountability
HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite hands-on experience is an advantage
Works well under pressure, can meet deadlines, and make sound decisions independently
Strong commitment to the customer experience
