Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and launch national-level public healthcare campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Designs clear user journeys and ensures that relevant digital products are served to the right audience at the right stage of the customer funnel, in support of a broader integrated marketing strategy
  • Develops and executes channel-specific strategies to achieve campaign reach and engagement outcomes across different digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and websites
  • Collaborates with internal teams and designers to plan and manage the content calendar for community management on specific campaign social media platforms
  • Partners media publishing platforms, influencers and agencies to develop and implement paid media and content partnerships that contribute to campaigns' objectives. This could include videos, feature articles, info graphics, etc that could be further repurposed across different platforms
  • Designs digital amplification campaign plans, leveraging paid (for e.g. programmatic, display networks, SEM), earned and owned channels effectively
  • Manages ongoing operations and optimisation of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Undertakes campaign reporting and provides data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Identifies new opportunities and pitches new campaign ideas across emerging digital platforms
  • Leads and oversees junior members of the Digital Marketing team to support their growth and development
  • Help drive digital marketing best practices to provide channel counsel to other business units in the organisation
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing with at least 8-10 years of proven experience in digital marketing and communications role in an agency or in-house setting, preferably in B2C marketing. Related healthcare sector experience is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving digital and social landscape in Singapore, and how different channels relate to each other
  • Analytical and a problem solver who can meet goals in creative ways with limited resources
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; able to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders and their needs and expectations
  • Organized, able to multi-task and follow up timely on outstanding matters;
  • Good communication skills and professional working attitude
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous and responsible
  • Able to work under tight reporting timelines
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Expertise in running digital campaigns, leveraging website, paid media, and social media marketing to support integrated marketing strategies
  • Team player and to support ad-hoc assigned tasks as required
