Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across channels, addressing different target audiences locally and regionally across Asia Pacific & China . Develop, implement and lead digital media strategy for various channels (including Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) . Work closely with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and branding and enhance our reach across all platforms . Contribute to our social media strategy and manage social media content distribution, including scheduling content as well as managing and optimising all product-, services- and solutions-related posts for better reach and engagement . Monitor social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation and create monthly analytics . Create and execute SEO strategies and manage PPC keyword implementation to increase organic traffic . Maintain and supply content for the company's website support the creation of local landing pages conduct web asset audits . Monitor and evaluate campaigns/paid media campaigns and provide insights . Define, analyse and optimise on important metrics and provide monthly reports on project KPIs . Collaborate with our Product Marketing team and Creative experts and assist in marketing projects as required, including but not limited to lead capturing, scoring, managing/organising/disseminating marketing collaterals Qualifications . At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, e.g. in devising and executing campaigns in AdWords, Paid Social Media and Email Marketing . Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and digital marketing analytics . Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and other digital marketing platforms/software (e.g: HighSpot) for campaign monitoring and evaluation . Good knowledge of all Google marketing tools, SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate, SEMrush . Data-driven thinking: Comfortable dealing with numbers and data-crunching across web, social media and mobile platforms across the region . Strong project management skills as well as ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities . Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels of the organization
