Job Brief We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who\xe2\x80\x99ll lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Senior Digital Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand(s), allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the digital marketing strategy and execution across marketing
  • channels (Social, Web, Content, Email, Display, Search) as well as across ad platforms
  • Work closely with external marketing agencies and regional marketing teams to ensure effective collaboration and optimization of resources
  • Develop and manage a lead generation program to generate and funnel leads for the acquisition team
  • Own and manage key digital assets such as Website, MarTech Tools etc
  • Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns such as email marketing, automated emails, SMS , Mobile app push notifications to targeted audience
  • Strategize and implement brand, PR and marketing campaigns in accordance with organizational\xe2\x80\x9ds branding and overall business objectives
  • Manage and optimise the set budget and ensure compliance with regulations for the campaigns
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of campaigns and automation tools, and provide insights on ways to improve
  • Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing resources and techniques that would be relevant for our business, vet them and test as appropriate
Requirements
  • 8+ years in Marketing or Agency, with deep experience in digital marketing, especially around Performance/Growth Marketing
  • Solid project management skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward under tight timelines
  • Strong experience in developing and managing demand/lead generation programs across both inbound and outbound for the B2B / B2C industry
  • Strong technical skills in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social etc)
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Experience in CRM and Martech tools such as Salesforce, Braze, SEM Rush and Google Analytics
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant fieldPassion for technology and numbers
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and decisiveness
