Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer based in Singapore, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced digital product managers who can help in promoting online channels and initiatives. Principal Responsibilities

  • Participate in customer engagement activities, such as supporting the development and execution of digital initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with regional and local stakeholders to assist the planning and execution of the Customer Engagement strategy
  • Become the product owner of the insurance channels and manage platform improvements to boost user adoption and engagement rate
  • Analyse key markets and project performance to provide suggestions and feedback to stakeholders
  • Support the creation of partnership eco-system to increase customer acquisition and engagement
  • Manage engagement activity to ensure key ROI benchmarks are fulfilled
  • Managing the overall budget and KPIs for projects and external agency partners.
Who Are We Looking For?
  • University degree in business or equivalent
  • At least 8 years in a marketing leadership role
  • Prior experience in managing various digital platforms
  • Experience in CRM / Marketing Automation platforms
  • Understanding of statistical methods to facilitate targeting, segmentation, revenue generation, retention and marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of Journey mapping, UX and UI design principles
  • Experience in liaising with third party vendors
  • Experience working with Agile methods
