Senior Director, Consumer Experience, APAC
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Reporting to the VP Retail APAC, this role is responsible for leading all Consumer Experience functions; Concept Development, Visual Merchandising (VM), In-Store Communication (ISC) and Digital / Experience zones. Aligning with brand and channel strategies, enabling country teams to execute the latest, best and most consistent consumer centric propositions across a channel scope that Includes Own Retail, Wholesale and Franchise at a total APAC level, and In full conjunction with line manager and the Global Consumer Experience hub.
Act as a sounding board for the Global Consumer Experience team, Implementing global concept playbooks, but also testing and proposing new ways of working or Iterations of the same playbooks to ensure our physical environments and experiences match the ever more exacting needs of consumers In all APAC countries. Success of this role and this function also needs to be closely linked to existing channel, marketplace and city strategies to make sure that solutions are fit for purpose, elevate our brand and drive a commercial outcome with clear and tangible results.
