Location: Singapore

The Company

The organisation is an international Real Estate investor/developer with a diversified portfolio of assets. The platform is at the early stage of its Asia market entry whilst selecting Singapore as its hub for growth across much of the region. A team will be built progressively over the next couple of years kick-started by an initial requirement to appoint a suitably-experienced capital-raising professional.

The Position

Reporting to Regional Head, the appointed individual will hold responsibility to support the end-to-end of capital-raising and investor relationship management to enable the establishment of fund and separate accounts. This will consist of hunting for new institutional investors whilst planning and participating in investor roadshows, crafting of collateral, supporting new investor due diligence protocol as well as long-term investor/client servicing including Fund/product updates, performance updates and the provision of insight with respect to deal pipelines and the investment outlook for the region. The appointed individual will build relationships with external consultants whilst responding to proposed fund/project/funding proposals and building appropriate responses to RFI/RFP requests. The scope is likely to extend to product development for new Fund/Separate account mandates.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics, Marketing & Communications) around 15 years working experience and around 8+ years exposure to institutional / LP fund-raising (pension funds, insurance groups, multi-managers and similar) preferably including strong coverage of SE Asia and Australia. This will have been secured within a Private Equity Real Estate platform underpinned by a sound appreciation for real estate fund management.
