Job PurposeThe person will conduct agency reviews and trend analysis to identify potential gaps and areas for improvement, and implement enhanced framework for the distribution reps so that they can conduct proper sales advisory processes for their policyholders and provide them with quality advice and suitable recommendations.The Job\xc2\xb7 Provide support for day-to-day operations by assisting in the team\xe2\x80\x99s functions\xc2\xb7 Conduct training for representatives on the sales advisory process and point-of-sales system\xc2\xb7 Assist in monitoring competency standards required of supervisors and representatives to ensure alignment with regulatory and industry guidelines\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely reviews and follow up with representatives on cases triggered by Company approved monitoring system, and information via other sources reported to the department\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing and implementing communication plans on competency standards\xc2\xb7 Engage and coach representatives and supervisors in areas of sales activity, quality of sales / sales management, and training needs as and when required\xc2\xb7 Perform trend analysis to detect potential sales advisory and market conduct risks\xc2\xb7 Address all queries and concerns from various internal and external stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Assist in the execution of special projects / initiatives\xc2\xb7 Updating of SOPs and internal guidelines when required\xc2\xb7 Perform other work as required to meet business needsQualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 Degree holder and above in related discipline (Banking/ Business/ Finances/ Accounting) preferred\xc2\xb7 2 - 3 years of compliance / audit experience in Financial Services or insurance industry would be an added advantage\xc2\xb7 CMFAS qualification (M5, M9, M9A and HI) would be an advantage\xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, professional, able to work well independently and as a team\xc2\xb7 Committed and able to interact well with all levels of staffAbout Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
