Join us and make a difference.Manages the supply chain operations of Southeast Asia countries, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, including Regional Distribution Center (RDC) and Logistics Service Provider (LSP). This role will support new product launches and variation management for these markets.Responsibility: Strategic initiatives and Project management: manage and lead cross-functional projects across (Asia Pacific) APAC cluster in the areas of process improvements and efficiency, network optimization and agility (logistics and distribution footprint), value chain optimization, supply chain innovation and customer centricity. This implies working with various, diverse stakeholders across Commercial, Global Product Supply (GPS) functions and MSO including Director APAC MSO, both Associate Directors APAC MSO, Planning Lead, Strategy & Excellence group. Regional Relationship Manager for the appointed distributing partner in Southeast Asia countries, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.. Define, measure, and track key performance indicators for logistics activities.. Hold regular regional business review meetings with appointed partner to discuss any performance issue, develop action plans as appropriate. Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives leading to value capture, cost savings, efficiencies. Deputizes Associate Director APAC MSO to represent MSO on Country Executive Committee (CEC) meetings in APAC markets: present GPS/MSO topics and facilitate discussion with CEC team, cascade information from CEC functional areas to MSO RDC Management including GMP Operations supporting southeast Asia countries, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea . Accountability for inventory management of Finish Goods (FG) and Printed Materials (PM) at RDC Singapore.. Supply launches and variation management for the markets in collaboration with all involved teams in the region as well as centrally based teams.. SME of planning parameters in ASCP in coordination with Global Supply Chain Planning (GSCP). Leverage on expertise to analyse and adjust parameters for optimal planning outcomes.. Supply chain planning master scheduling of the FGs labeling orders (final GMP production step at the regional hub in Singapore).. Supervision of the procurement process for all PMs.. Ownership of metrics measuring the efficiency and adherence to plan of the Singapore RDC site operations.. Process in-market supply planning shipments from the regional hub to the markets with the respective OTC functional colleagues.. Accountable for logistics movements and transportation arrangements to the markets. LSP and RDC Operations Performance. Day to day control of regional supply operations, inventory management, suppliers and LSPs in the region to ensure required customer service levels.. Manage performance of logistics service providers, for the RDC Singapore.. Perform annual stock take and destructions for RDC Singapore in accordance with global SOPs.. Manage and lead cross functional project teams as needed to ensure all regional supply chain projects (e.g distributor changes) are successfully completed on time, as per business requirements. Asia + China Cluster supply chain for direct supply markets . International inventory control and management of replenishment to maintain months of cover (MOC) in the markets.. Launch supply planning and execution, serving as the SME consultant for the Site to Market Process (S2M).. Collaborate with and provide expertise input to global Artwork and Packaging Development team for implementation of pack variation supply phasing.. Design of product supply routes, working closely with global Customs & Trade and GSCP.
