Manage document control team activities and updating to supervisor. Manage the flow of documentation within the Organization (different yards) Conduct user Trainings for the EDMS. Manage Master Document Register (MDR) for the project deliverables Maintain and keep tracking records. Provides administrative support to other team members as requested to achieve functional objectives and deadlines Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad hoc reports on projects as needed Produces weekly reports and Dashboards to indicate the status of work progress and updates the spreadsheets into the computer based on the obtained information Create and update Document control related procedures and plans Involve in Vendor Kick - off meetings and Audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as document controller in oil & gas or similar industry Proven experience as a Document Controller. Knowledge of document management systems and software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5.15pm


Friday: 8:00am - 4.30pm
