- Responsible for coordinating all e-commerce activities
- To process all online and offline stores\xe2\x80\x99 orders
- Actively troubleshoots problems (conversion, traffic, awareness) and develops strategies to resolve roadblocks
- Maintains conversation with customer \xe2\x80\x93 sales enquiries, aftersales service via all channels (live chat, email, social platforms)
- Ensure product listing information are consistent across all online e-commerce stores
- Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels to achieve sales targets
- Tracks and monitors performance with creative approaches to optimising ROI and user acquisition costs
- Actively involved with social listening to drive the eCommerce strategy
- Account management towards existing platforms \xe2\x80\x93 listing, managing sell-out via campaigns, content optimisation, third party engagements
