Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on Process Improvement, with the objective to improve process/ occupational safety, improve product safety and product capacity.
- Support Electrical & Instrument Engineers for plant maintenance related troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure plant equipment uptime and achieve KPI set for the Maintenance department.
- Manage and control documents related to Instrument and Control System.
- Participate actively in HAZOP studies and fallow up action items as per process safety requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments in Management systems of AKSS such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, SS651, IATF16949, Safety Case regime, Energy management
- A bachelor\'s degree in electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Systems or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in Petrochemical Industries.
- Expert in Plant Electrical, Instruments, Distributed Control System (DCS), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) Maintenance.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard
- Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and SS651
