Job Description

ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior. To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality. To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime Request and plan min one weeks in advance for full PPE (if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work. Attend complete orientation, intoduction of superior, JSJD,clear scope of work and necessary drawing or docunments on First day of work on site. And conduct site orientation for team members. Read and understanding in detail Scope of Work, Specifications , Design Basic and project schedule milestones. Planning And Organization Of Some Non-Capital E&I Project Work, Including Plant Shutdowns. Read and understanding in detail layout drawings, SLD & schematic drawing, instrument P&ID & loop drawings, vendor drawings and typical installation drawings etc. Lead The Installation, Repair, Test & Calibration Of Electronic And Pneumatic Instruments, System And Analyzers. Read The Itp ( Inspection And Test Plan ) Of Each Activity And Make Sure Construction Qulaity Is Met For Each Activity. Lead The Trouble Shooting In Various Instruments Field Instruments (Transmitters , I/ P Transcedures And Leveltrols). Lead And Perform The Loop Checks (Cold/ Hot Loop) Within The Required Quality Levels. Lead And Perfrom The Pre-Commissioning Tests And Solve Problems On Instrumentations. Attend the project safety site walks and actively involve in safety improments. Check and take out the MTO for additional works, update to project engineer and do feedback status of VO (additional) to project engineer. Plan the materials requirement and coordinate with procurement team for project procurement engineer. Check the daily PTW system and make sure all activities shall be covered by PTW system. Check the assigned activities at site and make sure works shall ongoing well with quality and safety & On-time. Check and monitor the FS (Field Change Sheet/ Design Change) drawings and update to Project Engineer for additional claims without any delay. Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task. Prepare min 3 days in advance DWI to delegate work daily to individual crew. Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings. Monitor and Daily update for work status to Field Engineer. Managing co-ordination of the subcontractors engaged in project at field side Supervision of equipment installation . Supervision of Civil works & Cable laying works in underground and above ground. Check coordination with other discipline & execute excavation of cable trench works, coordination of cable detection works etc To handle Field Equipment installation works in live plant and green area. Check the integrety construction equipments and vehicles all the items and arrange the service as require. Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitide, behaviour and manner working at sites Update (feedback) to CM and PM for the site construction details regularly . Upgrage to ownself and attend the relavent industry training continuously to upgrade to meet the market requirement and have the competancy. Continously monitor and identify the potential workers from workforce, coaching with leadership skills and update to HQ and arrangements to next levels. Read And Understand The Testing And Commissioning Procedures For Substation Equipment, HV/MV Cables And Electrical Systems.
