Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team to ensure project goals and quality standards are met. Oversee the design, planning, and coordination of electrical systems across various project stages. Conduct detailed engineering calculations and prepare technical specifications for tenders and proposals. Review and verify QA/QC documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, consultants, and contractors to support project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or technical issues that may arise during design or construction. Supervise and participate in the testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure all work adheres to relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Perform additional tasks as required to support the overall success of the project team.

Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in electrical engineering projects. Hands-on exposure to electrical design and installation works in residential and commercial developments. Proficient in using AutoCAD and/or Revit for design and documentation. Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
