Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and the requirements of the contract including drawings and specifications;
• Monitor and control works including those of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with the specified requirements;
• Ensure material submission and approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules;
• Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and sub-contractors and authorities, and to establish rolling program;
• Coordinate meetings and daily briefings at site;
• Check all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedule;
• Perform testing and commissioning at work site;
• Prepare shop drawings for construction.

• Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Recognized degree with PE Board will be an added advantage;
• Minimum 10 years’ of site experience in the operation of mechanical or MEP systems and or facility background;
• Demonstrated understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including: Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units and CRAC units.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to ensure good site progress;
• Good safety knowledge and attitude;
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills and ability to liaise with Statutory Authorities;
• Experience in data center project is must.
