Responsibilities Managing a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all works comply fully with regulatory and client's requirements Work closely with Professional Engineers, regulatory authorities and contractors to provide planning, design and supervision leadership not only to solve site problems, but also to ensure timely completion of the projects Responsible for implementing and sustaining the site supervision quality & safety assurance system Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site Understand drawings & contract documents in carrying out the works Understanding of local legislation/ requirements especially to comply with PUB's and EMA's requirements Working experience of water management/pumping systems, SCADA or electrical HT Substations /LT systems would be preferable Strong knowledge of PUB, NEA and EMA requirements and regulation for building construction Basic knowledge of architectural and C&S shop drawings and construction works on siteRequirements Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution accredited by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Minimum 6 years of M&E, Electrical work experience Fully conversant with statutory regulations with good organization skills in maintaining site records. Experience in supervising and coordinating M&E and Plant installation preferred.
