About the role: Review, approve and make timely comment on the technical design documents (drawings, specifications, datasheets, etc...) submitted by FEED contractor to ensure the contract design criteria are met and to ensure that the engineering works are performed in accordance with the applicable codes/standards and good engineering practice. Clarify and reply to CONTRACTOR/LICENSOR relating to inquiries/technical clarification during FEED design. Provide any information, professional calculation for verifying purpose that may be required by the COMPANY during FEED execution period.. Promptly prepare and submit information, analyses, calculations, reports for verifying/clarifying/optimizing purpose and may be required by COMPANY. Attend HAZOP/SIL meetings, technical meeting (if required). Provide advice and consultancy supports to COMPANY's Electrical team and good coordinate with other sections. Review and monitor cost estimation for Electrical part as per the agreed methodology. Others requested by COMPANY. About you: Having at least 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering at an international FEED/EPC company and/or PMC organization. Overall experiences in all aspects of Electrical System such as Electrical design basic, Power system study/calculation/relay protection philosophy Electrical load analysis Electrical equipment sizing cable sizing/voltage drop calculation report Fault analysis Motor starting analysis Normal & emergency lighting system philosophy Grounding system/Lightning protection system Cathodic protection system etc. Having at least experience in similar position as Electrical PMC/Lead Engineer for Oil and Gas, Polypropylene, Petrochemical projects. Fully familiar with relevant international codes, standards and recommended practices as IEC, IEEE, NFPA, NEMA, etc, applicable for Electrical design.
