Job Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing of electrical and electronic components for unmanned naval systems of systems. This role involves leading electrical engineering projects, guiding junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure the interoperability, compatibility, and functionality of multiple subsystems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, integrate, and test electrical systems for complex systems of systems, including selection of components, power distribution, and wiring.
• Lead and manage from conception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to junior electrical engineers in areas such as electrical design, power distribution, network, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems meet design requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical system specifications, design documents, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct analysis, simulations, and tests to evaluate electrical systems\' performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
• Ensure that electrical systems comply with industry codes, standards, and regulations, including safety standards.
• Support manufacturing and installation teams during system deployment and testing phases.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years\' experience in electrical engineering related domain, such as power distribution, electrical cabling, control system integration, or related fields.
• Experience with electrical design and integration for harsh environment/shipboard/military applications.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple site locations in Singapore as and when necessary.
• Singaporeans only.
