Job Description
Join a multidisciplinary team developing next-generation laser and electro-optic systems for defense and security applications. You'll lead the design and integration of high-performance electronics -- including power supplies, laser drivers, thermal control, and safety systems -- from concept through field deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and integrate high-voltage power electronics, laser drivers, and thermal/safety control systems. Develop and test PCB layouts and prototypes; troubleshoot and validate hardware. Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC and laser safety standards. Collaborate across optics, mechanical, software, and systems teams. Produce detailed technical documentation and maintain configuration control.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 5+ years in power/control electronics for laser or electro-optic systems. Proficient in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, PSpice, LTSpice). Strong background in embedded systems, analog/digital design, and thermal management. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
