In your new role you will:

• Develop and implement package-level electrical testing using the latest Automated Test Equipment, best-in-class Test Handling & Contact designs.
• Conduct package quality inspections using state-of-the-art mark, scan, and vision equipment.
• Qualify and release new Test Manufacturing solutions (including equipment, hardware, software, and materials) from project inception to full production release.
• Troubleshoot production manufacturing and operation issues related to test equipment and test hardware using systematic methodologies and tools.
• Drive the implementation of test solutions to improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Lead and manage innovation, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous growth and excellence.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor\'s or Master Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Material Science or any related fields
• Multiple years of experience in a Semiconductor Final Test Manufacturing environment
• Experience in handling Final Test and Memory solution platform equipment and related hardware\'s in Semiconductor environment
• Posses good communication skills with a flair of making good technical presentation
• Pro-active attitude with ability to handle multiple projects assigned in a fast pace environment
• Systematic & process oriented in a fast and agile working environment
• Work effectively with a global & multi-cultural teams, with a good influencing skills to achieve best-in class solutions
