• Process Improvement Understand Process and Specifications Cost Reduction Process Qualification and Releases Metrics monitoring and reporting.
• Customer complaints and returns management and support.
• Customer audits. Supervision of Engineers and technicians. (If in team leader role) Project management. (If in team leader role)
• For specification and quality related duties, refer to QRJR online.
• Reduces LRR and Visual Mechanical rejects through Root Cause Analysis and providing corrective /preventive action.
• Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns
• Provides timely disposition on Hold Lots/Non-conformance lots
• Conduct Trainings for technicians, operators and new hired Engineers as needed Maintain updates and procedure such as FMEA, Control Plan, Release to Production, Operation procedures/OCAP, etc.
• Perform material qualification and releases
• Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Flow, Processes, Manufacturing Software, Device, Package, Assembly, etc.
• Identify evaluation requirements/tasks and improvement actions to work on achieving Plant and Department goals Coordinates and drives customer complain activities for 8D resolution.
• Characterize, checkout, qualify and release new procedure to production.
• Review specification and procedures, validate compliance and represents process engineering during audits.
• Mentors, coaches and develops junior engineers and technicians.
• Conceptualizes, drives and executes projects.
• Performs performance appraisals (E.g., promotions -if in team leader role.) Creates, reviews and reports performance indicators.

• Knowledge in semiconductor is an advantage
• With good English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Supervisory skills.
• Knowledge and experience in statistical and problem methodologies.
