Job Description
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activitiesAdvice and lead the technical investigations for rectification worksLiaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobsInvestigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectivelyPrepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposalsCarry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assignedEnsure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance worksPlan and develop the technical officer skillsAssist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system in-chargePlan and execute the yearly maintenance scheduleRequirementsMinimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or other relevant Engineering fields.With more than 5 years experience in maintenance fields.Good communication skills, positive mindsetHardworking and able to multi-taskCustomer service oriented mindsetProficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCADHas a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviourBusiness Unit: GBU Energy SolutionsDivision: ESI AMEA - South East Asia - SingaporeLegal Entity: ENGIE Services Singapore Pte.
