Provides technical support and guidance to the team and takes charge on matters concerning the maintenance and service activities of all the equipment * Responsible for ensuring the Mechanical system and equipment is in good functioning order Provides technical support and guidance to the team and takes charge on matters concerning the maintenance and service activities of all the equipment Responsible for ensuring the Mechanical system and equipment is in good functioning order Plans, monitors, schedules and implements measures on the Planned Preventive Maintenance program and ensure that the work is done in accordance with schedule and specification Overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of new improvement work, Calling of Tender and evaluation and procurement process Establish SOPs and conduct training on facilities plant and machinery repairs & maintenance to Facilities Management Team Prepares weekly and monthly activities reports Other duties as assigned by the Manager Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering / FM related discipline Minimum 5 years working experience in mechanical system maintenance Experience in healthcare working environment is an added advantage Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
