Position Summary

Perform the mechanical designs (2D & 3D) independently and lead the section in the projects. Assist Section Project Lead in day to day operations. Perform the assigned mechanical tasks under quality and schedule. Advise the project's design mode & standar Follow the new regulation/rule, product, standard Report the project daily discipline (Man-hour/Schedule etc.)

Tasks and Responsibilities

Obey to the project team work's overall progress Feedback for profession's design mode & standard Train & Guide the other project mechanical engineer ( and AE or draft man) to work together. Study & Solve the project issues under mechanical responsibility Report project design datum (Object amount) Attend and report in project and section meeting Complete the assigned tasks for project drawing or document. Prepare & Review marine machinery/piping calculation, specification and vendor's drawing Prepare & Review marine machinery/piping 2D arrangement and schematic design & submission. Prepare & Review marine machinery/piping 3D model and production & site related drawings/supports Support Project Section Lead in Mechanical Technical issue. Coordinate with Shipyard /Consultant / Vendor etc. Responsible to Mechanical Project Section Lead/ Mechanical Technical Lead. Project Handling- New building project, Repair, Upgrading, Conversion project etc. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the Machinery / Piping newbuilding design in the marine /

offshore industry.
Minimum 2 years of senior engineer above experience. Familiar with AutoCAD/ MS office / AVEVA. Familar with Class rules, Statutory requirement. Good knowlege for machinery/ piping/HVAC design. * Good communication and analysis skill.
