About our group:Media Industrial Engineering team is responsible for factory capacity as well as capital planning to support recording media operation (RMO) in JBS and Woodlands. The team is part of a bigger worldwide operations planning team.About the role - you will:Reporting to the Industrial Engineering Manager, the incumbent will:

• Responsible for overall factory capacity planning to meet customer volume demand.
• Work with factory functional departments to increase factory capacity through process yield improvement, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and cycle time improvement.
• Continuous improvement on IE capacity planning methodology to improve planning accuracy, efficiency including transparency to all relevant departments by developing a capacity optimization model with database and date processing techniques.
• Support other IE members internally to achieve overall IE business and objectives.
• Support IE manager to submit the regular factory budgetary plan and long-term factory plan.
• Build up capacity dashboard to make capacity data visible to all key stakeholders.
• Aligning and executing to the company/IE organization priority metrics.

About you:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering/management or relevant disciplines.
• Skills of database management, data processing and automation, Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Python, Optimization programming, etc.
• Teamwork and self-motivated.
• Positive and optimistic.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Flexible and excellent in time and task management capabilities.

Your experience includes:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning domain.
• Ability to perform data analysis.
