About our group:Media Industrial Engineering (IE) team is responsible for factory capacity as well as capital planning to support recording media operation (RMO) in JBS and Woodlands. The team is part of a bigger worldwide operations planning team.About the role - you will:

• Support Media IE team to improve the planning process through automation include data collection and standardize. Improve planning accuracy and transparency by data analytics on results, hosting open discussion with team on the data modeling principles.
• Provide support on IE metrics reporting & visualization.
• Engage to various strategy planning topic, initial the discussion among teams and document the perspective from other stakeholder as planning considerations.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• Major on engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Able to perform data analyzing results using statistical techniques. Programming skills in Python is an added advantage.
• Teamwork and self-motivated.
• Flexible and excellent in time and task management capabilities.

• Good at interpersonal communication skills.
• Be a team player and fast learner.

Location:Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
