Work Location: 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574

This is a Planning and Industrial Engineering Process Development role within OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) organization. You will be required to define and re-engineer supply chain business process. This includes long-term, mid-term and execution planning functions within OSAT organization.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and implement change management initiatives within OSAT planning function.

- Define business rule and improve current system and process design

- Map current supply chain processes, define and develop future processes and reports (demand/commit comparison, cycle time report, wip tracking) for better visibility and efficiency for planning

- Consolidate and utilize data for execution and control of operations, performance monitoring and general management reporting

- Drive, consolidate and analyze data from subcontractors. Evaluate and redefine measurements that fit organization needs.

- Interface with application and system team in the design of business process and reports.

Profile

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree with minimum 5 years\' experience with similar role (Production Planning or Project Management) in semiconductor industry

\xc2\xb7 Experience in project and process management

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Some level of experience in SAP, SQL or any programing language, Power BI, Qlikview report

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel, Database and Big Data analysis for decision-making & process design is a plus
