A newly created Senior Manager, Planning and Performance job has been made available in one of the fastest growing logistics firms with a global presence. About the Senior Manager, Planning and Performance Role:
Based in the APAC Singapore Regional office, you will be reporting to the APAC CFO to manage the reporting, monitoring and delivery of business growth and performance initiatives across the Asia Pacific Region. You will have high visibility as you will work with the Regional Directors and Country CEOs across six countries in the APAC region to plan and manage strategic initiatives, measure financial and operational performance, and drive strategic outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of the regional five-year strategic plan
• Develop best practice tools to oversee strategy delivery, including organising and convening regular strategy delivery meetings and workshops
• Provide and manage a systematic approach to tracking and managing strategic initiatives
• Provide regular reporting on financial and operational metrics via a range of key strategic dashboards
• Provide operational and financial analytical support and insight to the Regional CFO and CEO
• Provide strategic commercial support to the Regional CFO on a range of issues at both the APAC regional and individual country level
• Liaise with other Global Heads of strategy to ensure APAC region alignment with the global strategy
• Drive the annual business planning process and publish a consolidated APAC region annual plan

To succeed in this Senior Manager, Planning and Performance role, ideally you should be from the consulting firms/prior corporate finance background, with strong facilitation and influencing skill sets. Key Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Business/Finance/Economics or similar
• Minimum of five years' strategy delivery experience, either at a consulting house or large corporate
• Excellent commercial and financial nous
• Excellent senior stakeholders management
