About The Role

• Responsible for QA in SG and to support QA in Malaysia to meet business requirements. Maintain compliance with all regulation and standards.
• Support environmental, health, and safety programs.

How You Will Do It * Assist on Managing Quality Management System (QMS)

• Serves as Deputy Management Representative
• Responsible for Management Review (MR)
• Prepare and report quality target and objectives key performance index
• Responsible Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions
• Support Change of Management
• Serve as site internal auditor and manage external audit including customer audit and supplier audit

• Customer Management

Responsible for customer quality enquiry and taking the lead for customer non-conformance handling (e.g customer complaint)

• Responsible for 8D investigation (root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action; effectiveness checking etc)
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and share with stakeholders required actions for timely resolution.
• Support customer documents requirements such as product performance report; customer survey report and eCOA inquiry etc)
• Responsible for customers' change management request
• Support customers' request on CIP submission

• Supplier Management

Responsible for reviewing supplier's performance to make sure suppliers' quality system can meets BASF's QMS requirements

• Support new supplier evaluation and qualification
• Responsible for supplier audit, appraisal, performance and non-conformance product investigation

• Site QA Management

• Responsible for SG site QA (e.g non-conformance investigation; product handling; incoming and outgoing product quality assurance etc)
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer requirements

• e-SPEC System

Manage e-Spec System for raw material and own manufacturing product

• Manage new and maintain existing e-SPEC system set up (e.g Sonata, Medusa, SAP QM etc)
• Manage inbound and outbound eCoA

• Responsible for Providing the Following Statistical Process Information

• Statistical Quality Control (SQC) reporting to customers
• Monitoring and analyzing statistical performance of raw material, in process products and finished products, including control chart, process capability (Cpk or Cp)
• Propose product (raw material, in process products and finished products) specification and internal control value for reviewing, prevention and prediction of product performance

• Support Product Management and Sales team for New Product Introduction and Existing Product Management
• Responsible for all QA platforms and knowledge transfer
• Primary EHS Responsibilities

• Work in a manner that complies with the Company EHS Policy
• Maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace
• Use personal protective equipment, where specified, in a proper manner
• Report any sub-standard conditions and behaviors, including near miss and incident, to immediate superior
• Follow the practices implemented by the Management in adhering to legal and other requirements

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in chemistry science, Chemical technology or other related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry would be an advantage
• Analytical chemistry, chemical engineering, laboratory technology, ICPMS, GFAAS, ICPOES Titrator, Cleanroom, IC, Particle, SHO, Registered Chemist,
• SGA/MY Legal requirements, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards
