Scopes
- Audit subcontractors (QMS, VDA 6.3, Anti-Mixing, ESD)
- On-Site compliancy and validation of committed 8D actions
- Manage 8D Quality / Cycle Time/ Crises / Excursion
- Manage customer audits and actions follow-up
- Automotive readiness and certification programs
- Quality Improvement Projects
- Perform supplier rating and drive for Improvement
- Manage quality of consigned materials
- Training subcontractors on quality tools
- Able to work beyond normal office hour and weekend / holiday if needed
Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- min 5 years work experience, preferably from semicon or related manufacturing industry managing subcon operations / backend operations
- Desired competencies include : (a) SPC (Statistical Process Control), (b) Problem Solving Methodology & Tools
- Process-driven and meticulous, with an eye for details
- Team-player and possesses effective communication skills
